8 Tips: Get Perfect Porcelain Complexion

Do you have fair skin? Do you often find yourself wishing that your skin could look like porcelain rather than the red, blotchy mess that you often wake up with? Well, let me tell you right now that, if you’re a fair-skinned girl, there are some simple tricks you can employ to get skin that the Nicola Kidman and Anne Hathaway would be proud of.

Here’s what you need to do if you want a permanent porcelain complexion:

1. Tone After Showering

As soon as you step out of the shower, apply a vitamin packed toner to lock in the moisture and stop your skin from drying out. That is something which can cause it to become red, flaky and definitely not the perfect porcelain you’re looking for.

2. Apply Sunblock

Nothing can age the skin, ruin your pale complexion and increase your risk of skin cancer like going outdoors without the protection of sunscreen. If you want to be free from freckles, sunburn and uneven pigmentation, always, and I mean always, apply a quality sunblock before going outdoors. SPF for life!

3. Whiten Up

You may already have very fair skin, but if it is uneven in tone, not quite as white as you would like and less than perfectly plump. It’s time to discover Clarins whitening emulsion – a product which will take your fair skin from frumpy to perfect porcelain radiance.

4. Face Masks

Never used a face mask? Now is the time to start. A Product like the Mabox blackhead remover mask will get right into your pores and remove whatever’s clogging them. This way you will achieve a perfectly clear porcelain complexion quickly. Use a couple of times each week for the best results.

5. Have a Massage

When your face is massaged, it supports blood flow to the area, making your face glow. Also, it feels great and contributes to a complexion you can be proud of.

6. Use a BB Cream

BB stands for ‘Blemish Balm’. If you are troubled by various blemishes and breakouts apply a high-quality BB cream. They contain zinc oxide that moisturize, banish blemished and even out your skin tone. That isn’t bad for a single product!

7. Choose the Right Foundation

If your skin is fair, it can be quite hard to find a foundation that isn’t too dark for your skin tone. That can make you look beige, orange or some other unnatural color. If you use most of the tips in this post, you will probably be able to get away without foundation most of the time. Anyway, if you do want to use the product, you need to ensure that you buy a foundation that is as close a match to your skin as possible, even if that means visiting the store and trying them out in person.

8. Use a Good Night Cream

Night creams often have more active ingredients in them than day creams. So because you are not doing much when you’re in bed, they have more chance to work unhindered to give you softer skin and a whiter complexion.
